Imagine a caller calling and finding the business phone faulty or out of order. The next moment they will call another supplier or dealer and thereby making your company encounters a huge loss.

Advantages of Business phones

Call forwarding – Business phones come with call forward options where calls can be forwarded by the receiver to another extension.

Music on hold – Business phones come with music on hold options, where the caller will be able to hear music when he/she is put on hold.

3 way call conferencing – Business phones come with call conferencing facility where 3 persons living in 3 different locations can speak with each other. This usually benefits international clients who wish to speak with their clients to discuss issues or for some clarification.

Caller ID – The Business phones come with caller ID features where the receiver can decide to take the call or not by seeing the number. If it is an important call, the receiver can pick the call; otherwise he/she can forward the same to a voice mail extension.

Multiple calls – Multiple calls are allowed on the business phones. When a caller calls a particular extension, he/she will be informed that the call is on hold as the receiver is on another call. At the same time, the receiver can view who is calling and accordingly pick or reject the call based on the importance of the caller.

Speaker phone – Most of the business phones come with speaker phone so that the receiver can work on the computer whilst speaking to the caller without disturbing his work.

Almost all the Business phones are never disconnected and will always remain active. The only mode of disconnection can be due to non payment of the phone bills. For any other reasons, there will always be a back up and the phone lines will never get disconnected allowing callers to call at any time of the day during working hours.

Most of business phones are connected to the PABX system. Some PABX systems even provide back up to all the calls made. These types of PABX systems are provided mostly to customer service representatives or call centre employees.

The back up of their voice and the way how they have spoken the customer is checked through this back up system. And their errors are corrected after duly verifying the discussion. It is advised to go for the business phones & PABX system incase you have an organization of more than 15 employees.
