Important points
ITP pampers its users with an irresistible list of features. These include several important points like retaining existing business phone numbers. Number portability issues arise with many providers but luckily not with ITP. The user is not bound by the restrictions and limitations of an annual contract. Inbound phone calls are not limited in number and every user gets one month of VoIP services free of charge. Users also receive a free phone adaptor and router. Owing to the global nature of its network, international calls are unlimited.
A variety of plans to choose from
Different plans offer different choices keeping in mind the wide spectrum of potential users of ITP. The Residential Basic plan offers 500 local and long distance calls within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. If one wants unlimited within the same three countries, there is the Residential Premium Unlimited VoIP.
More expansive plans include the Residential Global Unlimited VoIP which allows unlimited calls within and outside the US – catering to 60 other countries worldwide. If the business requires more than one ITP line, there is the Residential Basic VoIP Plan 2 where the user gets to make 1000 local and long distance calls with the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The same plan extends its services under the Residential Premium Unlimited VoIP 2 where the user can make unlimited calls for the same three countries: Namely US, Canada and Puerto Rico. If the nature of the business in question is still more global, there is the Residential Global Unlimited VoIP 2 plan allowing unlimited calls both within the three countries to 60 other countries. The users of the last two plans save costs if they apply for a second line.
To summarize
The efficiency of the company and its ability to deal quickly with its clients, suppliers and business partners alike leans entirely on the shoulders of its communications provider. The high costs which these obsolete phone services used to run up are also a thing of the past. The quality of telecommunication has to be in tandem with today’s global needs.
