I always looked forward to hooking up with a company who offered 24/7 customer support as I often work nights and hate to have my calls disrupted. I have been pretty happy with Via Talk as you do get to call a number where an actual person answers and helps you out- instead of an answering machine. So yes, I got what I was looking for. |

Now I am not too much into the technical stuff related to phones and webs etc so I wanted a company that would offer products that wouldn't bother me with their complexity and other issues. Via Talk was okay but I wouldn't say it's all that great. Nothing to complain about and nothing to praise. Just about average. |
